Each of the approximately 25-mailings for FY'20, which were tailored to individual classes, was personalized by committee members, included multiple recipient specific enclosures, and was printed on stationery unique to each class. Attention to detail has to be job one when both printing and collating these mailings and, in all cases, Bromar nailed it, with their turn around time always as, or sooner than, promised. Their flexibility in adding last minute jobs to their schedule is greatly appreciated, as is the quality customer service that they provide.

Once a job is sent to Bromar, I am confident that it will be executed accurately, mailed appropriately, arrive timely, and represent Colby College in the professional manner that is expected.

Their customer service is superb - from their salesman who has helped me figure out the most cost effective way to print the products I need, to their design guy Neil who is a wiz at all kinds of software and helps me fine tune my printed products, to the people who do the actual printing and collating which is always perfect. They are our go-to for all of the College’s stationery and business cards, keeping up with the details and the demands with a keen eye to detail (even catching typos or errors that I’ve missed). They have never said, “we can’t do that,” and always work with me to figure out a way to get the job done and the order filled no matter how crazy the logistics of the project seem to be—they’ll even offer less costly options when they know they’re available. Just over the course of the past six months they took on a special project with a new, four-color logo and a large mailing at the last minute when no other printers in our immediate area could meet the deadline.
